With a profound commitment to inheriting humanitarian traditions and a strong sense of social responsibility, the Faculty of Tourism at Van Hien University organized the annual “For Our Beloved Juniors” program in 2025. This meaningful initiative demonstrates the care, solidarity, and companionship of senior students towards younger generations, while also affirming the distinctive humanitarian character embedded in the integrative culture of Van Hien students.

Guided by the educational philosophy “Developing Character Before Pursuing Fame,” the Faculty of Tourism consistently encourages students to engage in charitable activities as a vital means to cultivate personal virtues, nurture compassion, and promote a spirit of community sharing. The “For Our Beloved Juniors” program has been a longstanding tradition maintained across generations of students at the faculty. It is more than a mere extracurricular activity; it constitutes a formative journey that raises awareness, enhances appreciation of life’s values, and fosters a proactive mindset towards contributing to society.

In August, students of the Faculty of Tourism conducted this program at Tay Son Secondary and High School, Thanh Son Commune, Dong Nai Province. The program delivered numerous practical and meaningful gifts to students facing adverse circumstances but demonstrating commendable perseverance in their studies. Specifically, the initiative included the handover of an information board project, awarding 50 scholarships and 50 gift packages containing notebooks and study supplies, alongside organizing recreational and interactive activities aimed at strengthening the bond between university students and local schoolchildren.

The 2025 edition of the “For Our Beloved Juniors” program concluded with many touching moments. Joyful buses filled with laughter, heartfelt gifts of love, and refreshing moments immersed in nature collectively created a warm and connected atmosphere. This occasion was not only an opportunity for sharing but also a chance for Van Hien students to deepen their understanding of the profound value of generosity and giving. Altogether, these elements blended harmoniously, painting a vivid portrait of humanistic affection and solidarity.

Let us revisit the meaningful moments from this year's “For Our Beloved Juniors” journey.
