Internship Opportunity for Graduation at Hilton Phu Quoc Hotel Group – “Talent Internship Program”
The Faculty of Tourism is pleased to announce an exciting graduation internship program at the Hilton Phu Quoc Hotel Group (including properties such as La Festa Phu Quoc – Curio Collection by Hilton and other Hilton brands on the Pearl Island). This is a valuable opportunity for students to experience a professional international working environment, hone professional skills, and gain practical hands-on experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industry.
Introduction to the “Talent Internship Program”
The “Talent Internship Program” is initiated by the Hilton Phu Quoc Hotel Group to attract and train young talents from universities and colleges majoring in Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management. The program offers real-world working experience at one of the world’s leading hotel groups, operating at world-class 5-star service standards. It enables students to develop comprehensively in professional skills, service attitude, and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.Common internship positions include:
- Operational Departments: Front Office (Reception), Food & Beverage Services & Culinary, Housekeeping, Kitchen.
- Support Departments: Marketing, Human Resources (HR), and other related positions depending on current needs.
Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the graduation internship program at Hilton Phu Quoc, students must meet the following conditions:
- Have successfully completed all theoretical courses as required by the Faculty and the University’s training program.
- Register through the Faculty of Tourism (following announcements and guidelines updated each semester).
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong learning spirit, and good communication skills (English proficiency is a significant advantage).
- Commit to fully completing the internship duration as regulated by the program (typically 2–6 months, depending on the position and graduation requirements).
